What is the glitch? I have the new monarchy ship "armor of vows" that has a bug where it says the post answer has something for you even though it doesn't

The center part of the ship is simply missing. This leads to players being able to see through the ship. The iron banner symbols on the sides are also missing. This is consmetic, but still a problem probably linked to the missing mid section.
