Where can I get a high end assault rifle other than the liberator?

Love it! If you get the talents unlocked(which I do) ..... You get a 5.50 % cool down on all skills with head shots, 3% heal on critical and clean status on kills. Since I have got that gun I seem to always have a skill to use, not to mention.... I can use my signature about 3 to 4 times per hard run! With my dps at close to a 100k....it melts elites. Definitely try to get it!

You can run the lvl 28 mission on hard! I got the caduceus from it. From what I've read....high end gear or gun drop every time to one player in the squad.

Are you sure about this? I've read it somewhere before but after 5 runs I haven't had a single high end drop

Well....I'm sure that I read that and it worked for me. It was a good place to farm high ends.

Okay cool just making sure. I just learned about the scavenging perk and increased it to 137% so hopefully that will help me get some high end drops

In the closed beta atleast, it was an absolute monster, tore through most enemies. Not sure about full game.

Blue-print is sold for a Military AK-74 in the gear vendor at your base. A blue-print for a slow ROF (SA-58 or something) is sold by the very top DZ vendor (need DZ 50).
