Madison Square Garden's teams aren't accurate, probably for copyright reasons, but I find it baffling that they couldn't put the New York sports teams into Madison Square Garden.

Maybe budget reasons? As well as time?

I was thinking copyright because if you go there, they made at least one original team.

Born and raised here. It's fairly accurate, actually. Obviously some building are missing... But the majority is there.

NYC is made up of 5 boroughs. Manhattan Queens Brooklyn The Bronx Staten Island The game is set on Manhattan (which is also an island). It's only set on about 10% of what the size of the island actually is. So, in reality... The game is set to about 3-4% of the actual size of New York City =)
