What is the Dark Zone like at level 30, is everything scaled to level 30 or do they start at like 24 and work their way up to 32 as you go north?

Every enemy in there is level 30-32. Mostly all the bosses/yellow bar guys drop purple gear

Yeah. If you get a good team, you can take a full stash of purple out of the DZ and sell it all for 50-90k

How do you get high end weapons

They start showing up in vendors at level 30. I've got my light machine gun from the security wing upgrade that gives you an advanced weapons vendor

Is that the dark zone ops vendor?

Yeah there's some in the DZ vendor in sector 6. The one in the security wing sells high end once you reach 30
