What's your Primary DPS?
Mine is 104,000 or something like that.

It's not all about that number. The actual factor is how much damage a given weapon does. Those numbers specially for DPS is how much firearm you have. Like for unlocking certain talents each weapons have, which require certain numbers in each of the 3 stats.

I recently got level 30, I am mixed through all 3 stats and my dps is I believe 50k on military mk46 and 40k on police mk17, the mk17 is amazing.
