Your an uninformed idiot. The reason their is no story, is this is not the original gane. The original game was taken by it's developer and lives happly at microsoft. After he was notified the Bungie had decided to sign a contract with Activision, he said he was'nt going to let them bastardize his 10 years of work and quit. The game if thats what you wish to call it, that we play now, was throw together in a year and a half. Bungie brought in a writer thee months before release to create a story and put them on the grimmor cards. All of this can be found on the net, if you wish to look it up.

I know what happened (though you might want to clean up some of your thoughts). It doesn't change this post in the slightest.

Just because you've been here longer doesn't mean you're better or more informed.

In this case, yes it does.

Tired of hearing all the compaisons to Halo. Differant company did halo, and didnt have Activision as their masters. Halo's gone ,that Bungies gone
-
A different company didn't make Halo mate. You can argue about how staffing has changed, but at the end of the day it's still Bungie. Halo:CE was made by Bungie in 2001. It's comparable because of their story elements. It's all discussed in the thread.

A name does'nt make the company. Plus the didn;t sign the rights to the game over to Activission like they did with Destiny. In the old days they cared about their fan base to sell their future products. Now they take the cash up front from invester organizations like Activision, whom promise endless promotion, so if the game sucks, it's ok. Promo's will bring in a whole new group of players. So not the same company in anyway or form
A name does'nt make the company.
I mean... that's exactly what makes a company.
Plus the didn;t sign the rights to the game over to Activission like they did with Destiny.
They didn't 'sign the rights to the game over to Activision.' Though I'm not sure what relevance that has to this thread in the slightest.
In the old days they cared about their fan base to sell their future products.
Yep. Sucks. Not related to this topic in the slightest, though.
So not the same company in anyway or form
Still the same company, though, again, not relevant.

I have a good analogy for this...say you LOVE a burger spot...best burgers in effing town by far...then a big company comes in and purchases the company, changes all the recipes and continues under the same name....this is bungie at the moment :(

2006.

so you should be the one who nose when to let it go.They're two completely differant games and companies that made them. You can't compare one to the other.
-
What you just said isn't a coherent thought I'm pretty sure. Or at the very least it isn't relevant to this topic in the slightest.
