It's an average weapon because of, well, a lot of things but that's besides the point. The fact that it is means it is not, nor will it ever be, a "God-tier weapon".
Stop being so -blam!-ing hyperbolic all the time.

To be fair, Doctrine is considered god tier by most. And Arminus can roll counter balance/rodeo, with persistence and braced frame. The difference is that Arminus can get much better sights, and has 60 in the mag with braced frame, while doctrine has 54. So, Arminus can be even better than Doctrine. #TitanMasterRace
