From what I've seen of ace of spades that thing looks awesome, Fabian strategy's a different story though, and very touchy subject since its almost a doctrines in close range, which is a top tier weapon, but not OP. So yeah, I'm not sure.

I don't know, 7/10 people use Doctrine, says something about the gun though.

Like I said, it's a top tier weapon, I don't think it's OP however because it's only very good within its intended range, close range and that grey area between medium and close. Otherwise it performs at an acceptable level, but not an OP level.
