pay to win is typically defined as the game itself offering benefits for money (separate from the purchase of the game itself) when the community is charging other members of the community for services in game it becomes a separate issue from that. I don't know if you can apply ethics to destiny in this way. there's nothing morally wrong about paying someone to help you through a game. maybe you meant a different word.
