Every -blam!-ing time I hop into a crucible match it starts lagging like a little bitch
And now their telling me I'm not gonna have Internet till Tuesday
Whoever that has that shit please do yourself a favor and get rid of it

I have verizon and they're sending people to fix it all the time, it just doesn't work for me a lot, I literally hate them but it's cheaper the timewarner

My Comcast works great. 50 mbps..usually runs at 45 most of the time. My problem is everyone else lagging in this game..not me.

I've been through every major internet provider in the US over last 5 years and I can tell you that Comcast is one of the more preferable providers. Their customer service is shitty (but heavenly compared to -blam!-ing Verizon or AT&T, especially if you don't speak Hindi), their pricing is okay, their techs are clueless, but the internet service itself is better than most. Get your own router & modem. They're leasing garbage equipment to you for a lot more than you would pay for your own, better equipment.

I have RCN 50 something download speeds. On my phone or laptop it shows I always am getting these speeds and sometimes faster. My PlayStation which is hard wired for some reason always shows under 10/5 download/upload speeds. For some reason it seems PSN throttles my speeds down. I hardly ever run into lag issues like I see others on here do. So it really doesn't bother me. It seems to me the lag is a result of where the game places you with SBMM and your local population of equally skilled guardians in your neighborhood.

I have Xfinity and it can be pretty bad in PvP and some endgame content with over 3 people, but you can't trust wireless connections in general. I don't have that luxury, but you should always consider it.

AT&T being my favorite.[/spoiler] Also quick tip if your not getting the internet speeds your paying for then give them a call and threaten to leave. I promise you nothing feels better than having a serious conversation with a scared operator. (Who probably doesn't want to loose their job over someone switching internet providers.) And the call ends after they said they'll "fix" your connection. EDIT: Also use Ethernet cables and port forward your games. That's what I do to get amazing matches. :D

MDS Wireless is honestly worse xD they advertise 2/2 unlimited where I live and in reality I get speeds of .7 down, .2 up......... My ping can't be listed as there isn't enough characters aloud for a comment

I have time warner. Terrible cable but excellent internet imo. I don't have the fastest they offer, but I run my xbox, 2 phones, a tv and a computer off of wifi and I never have any issues.
