I think it's all an experiment being run for all the publishers in general to assess how much crap people will put up with and still buy DLC and micro transactions.

This this this all day. Game development is a "science". These guys all know what they are doing. They don't care about the game. In the end it's a business and they are ruled by money. Destiny and every other AAA game out there are glorified slot machines. It's sad what gaming has turned into. Damn heard mentally. It's gonna be the end of all of us.
