Hey. Sorry to hear your having an issue with the upgrade.
Let me make sure I know what's going on.
You have owned destiny and the expansions since year one.
On the same console you purchased the digital upgrade collectors edition.
You can play the game but you are having trouble receiving the collectors edition content (the exotic class items, spark of light, shaders and emblems)
I would suggest clearing your console cache and restoring licenses. Should do the trick.

Hi, I saw your post on a purchase issue at bungie and I'd appreciate if you can help me as well. I purchased 1500 silver coins last night on my xbox 360. 7 sterling packages gave me same gear twice. I am aware that it is random drop but it seems a bit off as I was looking to get some taken gear out of 7 boxes. Would you be able to help or direct me to the right contact who would look into this for a veteran guardian ;)

On Xbox one, unplug the console from the back of the console and press the power by too on the console 3-4 times. This apparently will clear the console cache. Then power on the console and from the dashboard, press and hold the power button on the console for 10 solid seconds. This will power down the console and perform a hard reset basically cleaning it up. Then power it back on, go to my games and apps Under games, highlight destiny, hit the menu button and select manage game Highlight an item and press the A button, a new window will pop up and you'll select install. I don't believe it will reinstall the game or selected item, it will just restore the licenses.
