If the bullet touches any part of the person, it's a kill. Golden gun doesn't allow precision shots

I had many times where I shot a shoulder, foot or hand when I'm forced to shoot fast because of the low armor a gunslinger has. Nothing happens.

Then you missed. Simple as that

Nope. That is creating a super that requires zero lag, but is put in a game with a lot of lag.

Then fix your connection? This is in no way bungies fault, any dissatisfaction you have seems to be your fault. It's a fine super, needs no reworking at all

I have a green bar in more than 95% of my games. So I don't think my connection sucks.

Regardless, if you're able to tell that you shot a foot or shoulder you're probably standing too close. Any shot as long as it makes contact ,and the target is not activating or in super, will take one shot. No matter what.

I don't know. I can only say what I see happening sometimes. If I knew how to record my games I would. But I don't know how to do that. I had many encounters where I would swear it was a kill and nothing happens.
