Did you know that energy swords are the same tech as lightsabers? And Mac cannons. I would love to know the biggest gun an alien race from destiny has. I doubt it's up to that scale. Also the flood. Like I seriously doubt anything could take on the flood besides the darkness but I feel like they would rather team up js

They are completely different universes, their tech is not the same.

If you are referencing the Lightsaber/Plasma sword discussion the two are different in aesthetics only. Both use an energy based core wrapped in magnetic field run off battery cores and manipulators that give them their different looks. For all intents and purposes a plasma sword is a lightsaber.
