It's not that hard for the most part there the one who now one can kill and every time you shoot them there health goes down so far then jumps right back to full.

No shit? I mean, I didn't know I could almost kill my own fire team... I don't necessarily disagree with you though, I just think "permanent" is a little too permanent. 3-6 month ban across all accounts and IP addresses should suffice unless they just continue being stupid. Leave the fire team the -blam!- out of it though, its not felony murder.

By fire team I mean as in there friends who are involved with them. I know if I found out that someone on my friends list was doing it I would unfriend them and most likely report them.

I would too, but usually people won't just admit that they are cheating. And while they may make a new account, your IP address is a little harder to change.

Actually I think most who do it tend more to brag about. Cause there young and need to feed their ego. But you are right the smart ones do keep their mouth shut.but as for the fire team mabe a ban for a couple of hours on pvp?

That could work. Then they'd know some asshat they were playing with was cheating. I think Destiny needs something like Rainbow 6's Fairfight, but that would mean Bungie actually giving a shit. :-/
