Sticky snipers are what you need, they are not what you have, find something with short gaze and hidden hand for the most aim assist. 1k has the highest Nat aim assist, I've also had good luck with my glass promontory with short gaze and hidden hand.

Isn't 1k stare like 5/6 in the base aim assist chart? It's just top of the high impact snipers.
