Just follow the link to whichever xbox clan is appropriate for your system/age and drop a clan request. One of the admins will likely message you about joining our groupme app. All the info you need will be viewable from a post for New Members in each group's forum, only viewable once you have joined as a group member. Clan membership can only be done through website.
