Why hold on? Just cash it in for the legendary marks. Glimmer is way too easy to max out. Don't save it.

Focused fire is only good on the max fire-rate autorifles, and it's basically an aggressive ballistics/extended mag. Get it with persistence and focused fire and you basically have an improved Fabian Strategy.

It took 2 months for gunsmith to sell it again, doubt he wants to take the chance he'll take so long to sell it again.
