(not 100% sure but)i dont think its given anymore . a one time event thing. you have to pay for those now. and dont buy it,its outrageously priced. lvl 40 is easy to get to.play crucible .

ok, thats weird because i bought it in playstation store and there they say includes lvl 25 boost. thats right to get lvl 40 easy. But its strange that they tell its including they lvl 25 boost

I bought my copy a couple of weeks ago and it had the spark. Used it on my warlock, though I regret doing so. Better to play through and level elemental abilities than to jump up and have to grind to level up anyway.

i wasnt sure if they still handed it out now that it can be bought . if i could give away the ones i have i would lol.im never going to restart a new character ,got one of each.
