Maybe they should just make red bar connection's points negative. Can't complain now!

Or remove red bar players from lobbies.

I can picture it now- "Hmm...That guy's red bar!!" *sends report for bad connection* -a player has left the game- "Neat, now I can sit here and throw grenades up the window till 7 minutes is up"

It would have to be done before a player can even report it. By the time anyone would notice a new player would be match made to the lobby
