I have A40's, but you indicated that you'e on a budget. Corsair Void Stereo gaming headset is around $70. I didn't use mine a ton before handing them off to a friend who was in a more dire need of a headset. But I did like them.
Polk Striker ZX is also pretty good, but I never actually owned a pair. It's around $40. Turtle Beach PX24 is also pretty decent and runs for around $80.

I have those polks. Really comfortable. They were a little higher in price when I got them though.

I am curious how the polk sets are. They have great soundbar setups.

I have that polk set he mentioned. Really comfortable. I use them for xbox and for ps. I have the gold ps4 wireless ones, but they are way uncomfortable for me. Since I wear glasses, the cups push the arms into my head. Tons of pain after like 45 mins. Polks I could wear for hours though.

I like most other things I've gotten from Polk. A buddy of mine has the headset and really seems to like it.

Right on. I use the turtle beach xo fours and the latest controller adapter with the presets and i am pretty happy with them. The adapter has talk back settings so you don't have cell phone voice anymore.

Astro A40's were the first thing reccomend to me by a friend, but... Yeah, aha! They have such a nice design, too. I'll have to settle for being less stylish, lol. Thank you! I'll definitely check out which ones you've mentioned. Especially since they're within reason. You even articulated it so politely.

Yay! I often feel bad recommending a lot of the stuff I use often (like Astros), since I can afford expensive headsets and PC peripherals. Luckily I also get to dabble with more affordable stuff.

Aha, no worries here. If it's genuine, there's no problem, right? I'm a little touched you considered price for me. Plus... It makes sense, being in the industry and all.
