Power creep finds it hard to balance "the next best thing" and content becomes harder to design. Some things have to be worse than others. You cannot have a scout rifle as strong as a rocket launcher.

I'm not saying eveything has to match each other. I'm SAYING that it should be powerful in each catagory, but in different ways. In no way do I reckon a Scount should be like a Rocket Launcher. A scout is a scout and a RL is a RL. I'm saying make them the powerful ones in their catagories. (:

For pvp, but -blam!- pvp. Pvp has already ruined this game enough.

Edited by Fridén: 2/24/2016 2:24:30 PMI would say the same would apply to PVE. Can you imagine a weapon stronger than the gjallarhorn? The reason why bosses were so bullet spongy in year one can be contributed to this weapon. Content would have to be adjust to make it difficult based on the weapons in the game, making the weaker weapons pretty much useless.
