It's a game not a job. The reward is enjoying playing the game because you want to not because you have to. Looking at the quality of the scenery or watching a fallen dreg clawing at where his head used to be as he falls to the floor.
Yes there are issues with the game and rng is one of them but if you aren't enjoying yourself, maybe it's time to play something else..

I completey agree but there is nothing else that is out that I want to play. The only reason im not enjoying myself is because of the absolutly rediculous amount of gameplay I put into the game. Another reason I stay is because this is a easy fix and I love the game too much to leave it. This is one of the sources of why players leave. Bungie refuses to help out and PROPERLY tune RNG to acceptable drop rates. Now I ask is it too much to ask for something small that won't make me feel like I wasted my life, or requires me to buy something, or go through a long journey to fight gods with my bare hands?

The reason I post is because I am unhappy with the experience I got and rather than run away from the problem I want to fix it in my own way or get a Bungie employee to notice the problem and fix it. I want to improve the game. Not find a new game.
