I'll buy the dlc when its out and I can judge it for myself. I'd rather pay a little extra for something I know I want than gamble my money away on a promise.

Yeah, no, I get what you mean. It's like buying a season pass for Star Wars: Battlefront. I'm not even planning on getting it because I don't expect it to be good at all, however, other people trust DICE/EA and like the game enough. But, if it comes out and looks good enough for my money, I'll get it.
