No, Frontier. But I wouldn't be surprised if they're related somehow. Any idea what's causing it? I've tried everything I can think of. Even considered modem overheating and changed its location and orientation. Thanks for the reply!

Yes, Dsl to house, wireless from there to ps4. Unfortunately the deal is the best service I can get and we're quite a ways from the CO. Cable stops one block short of our house. Another reply suggested services like time machine or a VOIP phone may also prove troublesome in this manner as they need periodic updates. Thanks for the reply!

Hmmmmm, if i were you, i would wire up the ps4 to the modem. Its your best bet right now. Try it out. It might not be perfect as cable but you have nothing to lose. That was the first thing i did when my house was all wireless ( 3 computers, laptops and my ps4 ) non stop disconnections. I had enough and wired up the entire house. Everyone stopped complaining. Call or visit different internet providers to see if maybe they can offer you Cable internet. Sometimes companies will extend their limits because it is in demand. Keep shopping man, there must be something out there ! Good luck.

Going to add hard-wiring to the list. Cannot hurt at this point. As for a provider, I was considering even going to the city for help. They may lend a sympathetic ear as the local EOC is just up the street from me and even farther from the CO. Identical service but they only get half the throughput we do. Going to go to work on this. Thanks!

I used to get kicked out ( disconnected ) every 30 to 45 on the hour. I was with Bell DSL ( WORST COMPANY EVER ) i switch to TEKSAVVY 60mbs unlimited cable connection, have not been disconnected once since i made the switch 8 months ago. Best switch ever.
