as you can tell when they are going to throw ? I have the same problem, I have not jumped my mission yet, and not when they will start the mission

It's available on the 7th of each month, for any character that has all the Dvalin relics. On the 7th, go through on each of your characters, and check the map of Earth. If you have a new mission icon for The First Firewall, that's it. Do that mission and you start the quest.
