Same prob with me, i have used 30= 3 of coins over 3 days nothing , plus 20 over the days before nothing , i did do 2 wks before and its just gone off whether i have over done it , i don't know ,

Ive been playing with this issue since my last post. Im back to 1 exotic per 5 coins. 1 coin strike, 1 coin crucible, 2 coins king fall raid, and 1 coin drednaught patrol ultra (hidden, summoned, or court tier 3) is my current break down. Heres the part that sucks. 1 coin per character per day (2 if its raid day) and 4 hour gaps when using between characters. When I break from this the drop rate tanks. RNG has issues and needs a buff
