All it takes is one 0-13 game against a bunch of sweaties in elimination to immediately understand why SBMM is practically necessary. Nobody should EVER be going 15-0, that isn't fun for anybody but the one who is doing the slaying.

Yeah lol, the people who put in effort and practice consistently shouldn't do well...
That is definitely the stupidest argument I've heard...makes no sense at all.
That is like saying we should allow messi to play 12th graders, that shit isnt fair for anyone

Messi?
-
One of the best football(soccer) players in europe.

Ahh ok thanks!

Edited by ImProbs: 2/18/2016 11:18:40 PMNo...it's really not. That example implies that there are no 12th graders that are better than messi, when in reality, there probably are. Another reason why it's a stupid argument is that it also implies that the less experienced players ALWAYS face the very, very best....which is the most bullshit I've ever heard. Here, take a look at these graphs: https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/13473 The graph PROVES that, even before SBMM, about half the games you played ended with a score difference of 3k or less (balanced teams). Last reason: This is a videogame...not a sport. It is seriously a thousand times easier to learn how to do well in the crucible than it is to learn how to do well in a sport. There aren't many factors to consider when you're trying to better yourself at PvP in a videogame....on the other hand, there are literally a million different factors to consider when trying to do well in a sport. The crucible really isn't that difficult if you actually put in some and effort...because everyone is the crucible has the same limitations that can easily be achieved. In sports, everyone has different limitations, and the ones that are close to reaching theirs, are usually the better ones. I love how every SBMM supporter has been stating examples like the one you just did...It's complete nonsense.

That is like saying we should allow messi to play 12th graders, that shit isnt fair for anyone
And no...it's actually nothing like saying that. I implied that players that are good, should do well.... You're implying that a great player is playing against less skilled people.... I don't see how our points correlate at all lol....
Sorry but if you are going 0-13 the problem is you. Can't ask matchmaking to try cover up your lack of thumbs.
-
Against a group of trials sweaties with doctrine and ice breaker? Getting wrecked by those guys isnt "no thumbs"
-
You need to go practice then.

Hmm, that's why they have the mark of the unbroken medal right?
