Just create a class out of thin air that was never mentioned in the lore or anywhere else? It'd be stupid TBH
Maybe new subclasses in the future to keep things fresh

Well, it might not be in the lore because we have to create the class. Like, as a part of [i]our[/i] lore.

It could make new lore when a class is created which could have been created after oryx died or something or maybe the nine joined the guardians so you could be part of the nine or the nine could be a faction

I agree, a new class could be born from us freeing the traveler of certain things, or Osiris training a new class.

Just make up lore out of thin air. Duh, how do you think it got there in the first place. U do realize your playing a video game right. It would make sense to add more classes, else you will get very bored with this game in a few years. I think with destiny 2 they should add new supers pertaining to the subclasses that already exist. Meaning a new Super for solar, ark, and void. With the same characters we have now
