What should be the name of Destiny's Fourth Class?
[b]You guys voting Paladin do realize in the Reef there are only seven the rank of Paladin at a single time right? Cool name, but it might mess with the lore... screw the lore, vote for it anyways. If you don't like the names, Suggest some more!!! I'll redo the poll again if I have too..[/b]
[i]In a previous poll, the greater majority of players desired to see a Fourth Class in Destiny over a fourth subclass or expanding the existing subclasses. It's not much of a surprise as the Fourth Guardian Class has been talked about and rumored since even before the launch of Destiny.
So let's say Bungie had plans on bringing a Fourth Class into Destiny, what do you think it should be called?[/i]

4 RepliesTo me a lot of them are synonymous with the current ones...adept, shaman, etc are warlocks. Sentinel and the like are Titans. The only unique one is engineer. That gets my vote for this survey.

5 RepliesHow bout, no. I don't want another class made, because another class might topple Titans from their throne. And that would be bad. Not to mention, if they did add a 4th class, they would also have to make it so we could have a 4th character slot. Thus would screw up the entire games grind. #TitanMasterRace

Titans defend themselves and others around them with the Void. Warlocks study it, call upon the Void when needed. But with the return of the Ahamkara, only a new, surfacing [i]class[/i] of Guardians can tame the Void.. The [i]Dragoon[/i].

Fourth class? I personally like Sentinel quite abit. A descendant of the nine. [i](not with a tentacle face tho)[/i] Using psionic abilities, shockwaves and shields. They are not bad or good and can use dark and light abilities.

We could do with a medic class. But in terms of elements I want a water based class it would go well or at the very least an ice based subclass.

Priest, Druid, and Shaman are basically Warlocks. Sentinels are robots which is what Exos are. So, they would be less-advanced Exos? Makes no sense to me. I don't even know what an "Adept" would be.

2 RepliesDragoon or blood knight might be cool Also I think a Monk class would be pretty awesome one subclass might be for support and healing. Another subclass might be for awesome melee combos. Not sure what the third class would be..... Maybe illusionist or something that tricks the mind or perception.

Definitely like to see a fourth subclass that utilizes the green Hive light, or Dark Light, as I like to call it. Uses Poison, Life Steal, Energy Drain type effects, etc. At some point, Eris offers a quest to learn forbidden knowledge of the Hive. As far as full-blown classes, I'd go for the standard cross-classes similar to Mass Effect: Hunter/Titan, Hunter/Warlock, and so on.

2 RepliesAll some pretty sweet names, but I'm not sure another class is necessary. I'd rather see a progression of the current classes. What if you could evolve your Hunter/Titan/Warlock and start blending subclasses? Tether with throwing knife and blink strike could be fun. Or not; you get the idea. Obviously things would need to be scaled and tweaked to avoid OP configurations, but this is far more appealing to me than a fourth character I need to manage.
