Its sorta does up to maybe 3000 after that it just show you put the extra effort into hunting the ghosts down.

I'd say at around 3800 I'd consider someone to be fairly well experienced. I get why you say 3000 because the ghosts and stuff but you don't get 1800 grimoire just from ghosts :p

Yeah 3000 is pretty low I was at 3600 when I started ghost hunting so I think its around 900 from ghosts
