Didn't read, by I get the idea. My opinion is this. While grimoire does not directly mean skill, high grimoire players are generally well informed and knowledgeable players who are a benefit to the team. They also have lots of playtime which doesn't make them pvp gods, but it does usually mean that they aren't terrible.
