How does crucible achievements translate into raid skill? So someone doesn't like hand cannons, they can't raid? Same for if they only like playing as 1 class.
Grimoire for what you're trying to achieve, yes that would show experience. Grimoire overall doesn't.

If someone is good at cruicible and can constantly gun down mobile targets with a quick reaction time, a programmed acolyte isn't a problem.

Never said that "one" person wasn't going to be good. Thats why i wrote 95% of the time and majority.
