Both can be great if done well and combined with good and fitting music.
Also "screamo" is "emo" (emotional) music that utilises scream vocals with or without clean vocals as well.
Technically some Death Metal could also qualify as screamo.
So did you mean what you said or did you mean: Growl vs Scream Vocals?
