Sorry exploit? Stop being a spoiler child and deal with it you and the PVP crowd cried for this you wanted people to stop using 1000 yard stare which apparently aims for you, now ppl are using one of the worst snipers for recoil rate of fire and mobility and your still not happy, I played doubles last week and teams just sat off at the special box waiting for it to spawn you PVP lot need head gear to stop you from hurting yourselves.

I think you missed what he was saying. Icebreaker isn't being used, it's simply recharging ammo, then switching back to the 1k stare.

It's been a percentage of the ammo you have from the begging, they already patched the icebreaker once so it dosnt transfer any ammo to another weapon if you are alive when you switch
