Ice breaker wasn't meant to bypass something bungie implemented that prevents people from using secondaries as primaries.

Seems to be happening a lot though. I'm sure they knew people would be suiciding in doubles too but obviously it got out of control

An exploit is taking advantage of a flaw in a system. The flaw is that when you switch weapons you keep ammo. People are using ice breaker to bypass the changes. It's an exploit.

It is an exploit. That's not how the game was meant to be played. Technically Titan skating is an exploit as well. As it abuses a game mechanic to get a specific result

If that's true they would have fixed it already things that we can exploit get patched up in a hurry.

Things that benefit us. Yes. The record book, the first chest in the crota raid, pushing Atheon etc They're always quick to fix things that we can exploit. Bugs and glitches? Not so much.

They only fixed the record book because people were supposed to pay for that. Pushing atheon and crota off was basically cheating so of course they fixed that.
