Update: just hit rank 143 on titan and nothing, i dont know but this feels like theres something broken here. Can any bungie guy please tell me this is just bad luck?

Have tried tweeting at DeeJ and Bungie a few times but of course it gets ignore ._. Talked to a couple other people who are around the same level, and even higher that can't get this ship either.
