Bungie never confirmed nor mentioned they were a part of TTK. They were data mined, and Bungie has commented in the past that not al data mined things are supposed to be a part of the expansion they are found in.

Your answer might be valid, [b]¡BUT![/b] there is a mistake in your argument. Since before that The Taken King was released some of us, the ones that at some point were fans of this game, already knew most of the new exotic items that were gonna be in this expansion, if you have done some research you'd known, even some of the YouTube channels that are some kind of a guide mention that this items were for this expansion... Even Bungie admit that the people is getting Items that they should not receive, specifically: "ATS/8 Tarantella" and "Twilight Garrison". Even all these items are in the Armory! What more proof do you want?! If they had not been for this this expansion, Bungie had not mentioned or shown, simple logic ... Duh!

Revive of this because they still aren't out. Just wanted to let you know, just because a big youtuber says it is part of the expansion doesn't make it true. Maybe if it were confirmed by Bungie, it would be. And items have popped up in the Armory before they've been available in the past. Turns out the Garrison an Tarentella were coming out at the time of discovery anyways. Oh well, it sucks, but maybe we'll have them eventually.

I follow Destiny almost religiously sometimes. I've seen the images and items that youtubers have mentioned, ones that pop up on Reddit, anything that is news, I see it. However, data mined objects are not news. Exotics that were data mined in the Dark Below were almost entirely different perk wise from their data mined counterparts. Some of the thumbnails were changed. Some of the looks of the exotics themselves were changed. Whether or not data mined items make it into the game, it's not going to be a certain. The Exotic Sparrow was data mined from the database in Dark Below. It still hasn't shown up anywhere. New Exotics are coming in March supposedly, and I suspect that they will be the data mined exotics, but most likely tweaked a bit. They aren't going to show up simply because you say you need to finish your collection, either. I have every year 2 exotic weapon and armor piece for my hunter, which is plenty to play with at the moment. Just wait a bit longer.

The problem right here is that the Armory, this section of this Page is new and if you check it all the stuff that I have mentioned [b]ALL OF THEM[/b] said that you can have them in Nightfall, Xur or the Raid, and no one of them have brought all that stuff. Another mistake, last Weekend my brother got the ATS/8 Tarantella in the raid, so they aren't out. I know that complaining will not make Bungie giving me what I want or even getting them faster, but the only thing I want is that Bungie give US all content for which we have paid. All of them! Why make nonsense of delivering them separately? And they are thinking in a Destiny 2 and in another DLC when they can not even finish their third DLC and their first game? It's crazy!
