Petition to change the physics of "Duo Emotes"
Emotes such as....
High Five
Duo Dance
Fistbump
Secret Greeting
These emotes are very hard to time and I'd like to be able to preform them easily with friends! I don't wanna take 5 minutes to get it just perfect! Here is my change that I want to make. Have your guardian wait for a response for about 2 seconds, if another nearby guardian does that same "Duo Emote" you both start at the same time and do the emote together! Sign below if you would like to see this change.

About 4 of us bought it last night, and immediately returned it. The secret handshake just looked like I was ripping on a fellow guardians nipple and then force fed them it.

This is how I thought duo emotes were going to work when they initially dropped and I was a little supress when it didn't happen that way

Signed- Could use a little tweaking but i love the general idea! Maybe instead of ANY guardian near by, it focuses on fireteam members, and if youre solo and want to use the emote with some one random, you have to actually select them in order to perform the action.

3 RepliesEdited by Brandon: 2/10/2016 11:39:48 PMMy friend suggested that it work the same way it does in Team Fortress 2: you initiate the duo emote, then your character just waits, poised to fist bump, high five, or whatever, until someone comes close to you and uses the same emote. Then they automatically sync and you're good to go. I believe they're called "team taunts" in TF2 Edit: Signed lol

Yes my friend and I took 10 min just to do the hand shake emote we both ended up returning it cuz it was retarded and took too long to do
