Nope. I've stood in the same place, sniped a Cyclops and first and second shots hit on totally different damage, both crits. It's more Destiny WTF.

Just more bugs and glitches it sounds like. I haven't noticed this but then again I don't do slot of pve anymore lol

As per my edit, it can't be range drop off because it is not comparing two different precision hits, but in reference to a single precision hit where the floating number itself changes between frames!
