Yes 10% to everything. Turning in bounties getting motes and when you use them.

I've tested myself using bounty 'Deathless' that earn 10,000xp without dying. [b]THE MARK IS NOT WORKING[/b] If it works, after clear out 2500xp bounty, percentage of 'Deathless' must be near 27.5% But it indicates 25%. I double check it with my bounties 2500xp & 3000xp but no additional xp gain found. There might be futher xp gaining from minions of darkness but I dont think it works in there too. I've already infused it 310 but it just came out to gorgeous dump.
