I think Boba died in one of the most anticlimactic ways in Star Wars for such a cool character.
English
-
He didn't die in that pit
-
Canon-wise, he did. The expanded universe says he jetpacked out, but The Expanded Universe isn't canon.
-
Dammit
-
Getting eaten by a sand monster vagina How fun
-
Don't know for sure, but he wasn't that "cool" until the shadows of the empire toy line??? That's the 90s. Angry video game nerd mentioned that. I happen to agree.
-
He escaped it, at least before it was canon. His mandalorian armor was to strong for the acid so it spit him out or something like that.
-
He shot his way out.
-
That would be cool to see him in the new movies
-
I remember in a Star Wars encyclopedia it said he's still alive.
-
Hes inside that thing. That takes thousands of years to kill a person. Which is unusual since someone would die way before then from thirst or starvation.
-
They become one with the sarlacc
-
It takes a thousand years to digest the person, not kill
-
-
And that trend sadly carried over for Darth Maul (technically not dead), Jango Fett and General Grievous.
-
how is Maul technically not dead?

Watch the 3D animated Clone Wars show, season 4 finale episodes and first and last few episodes of season 5. He survived and was living as a cyborg on an outer rim planet, going insane until his brother (yes he has a brother) found him and brought him back to sanity. They then started a campaign to challenge the Separatists and get revenge on Obi-Wan, they even took over Mandalore until Darth Sidious showed up and shut that operation down fairly quick.
