I hated dregs promise, but I loooove my IB sidearm, ironwreath I think it's called. I use it all the time now over a shotgun. I think they are totally fine where they are. With such a high ROF if they were to increase damage or anything it would just end up being OP.
Then everyone would complain
Then they would completely destroy them.
I say leave them as they are.

just some having good stats doesn't represent them as a whole. most of them have horrible stats and there are very few relevant legendaries of it and only 1 exotic of it. it needs to atleast be relevant which it is not and it needs more of it which it does not have
