Go to my games and apps and look for destiny showing ready to download
Have you installed the main game or is it just TTK that you can't download?

It's the main game that i'm trying to reinstall now. When I'm on the game "page", It only shows "Rate" then "Pin to Home", usually there would be a "download again" box that isn't there.
-
Go to the taken king main page. Vanilla destiny is not available as stand alone anymore. You can also go to your download history and get it there. As for your error in loading destiny, it's a connection error. Not the game. Check bungies network troubleshooting page.

So I went in my download history and got it from there. But I still get the connection error now, 5 days straight there's no way it can be possible. I can play any other game on xbox live flawlessly. my console is plugged directly to the router
-
Configure your router to be nat type open, port forward and enable uPnP
-
When you deleted destiny did you delete everything including the DLC or just the original game? When in my hand and app does it show destiny at all?
-
If you select pin to home what happens when you select it from the home screen?
-
UPDATE: I was able to redownload destiny in the "previous downloads" section but I'm getting the same issue of not being able to sign in.. Nothing works
-
have you tried reseting your modem router how are you connected are you getting any error codes?
-
No error codes just the "ATTENTION Destiny Servers are not available. Dismiss this message to try again." message , I'm connected through ethernet cable to my router. I am able to play all my other games fine.
-
ok can you access the router settings have you set up any port forwards for other games
-
No never, I have access to my settings, not sure how to set up port forwarding correctly
-
Make sure there are no port commands saved Also check that upnp is enabled

Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.
Xbox 360 Completely shut your console off Once the console is completely off, unplug the power cord from the back of the console and let sit for ~5 minutes Plug the power cord back into the console and power it on. Re-launch Destiny
And at the time you are doing that you should reset your home network also. Cache info. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539
