Didn't have high expectations going into the beta on Friday. Finished work didn't rush home to play it. But I ended up play for 9 straight hours on Friday it was honestly flawless, the best beta I have ever played. zero problems with it. Knowing Ubisoft I was expecting disconnections and lots of lag, but nothing it was great!
Anyone unsure about it, if this open beta does happen I would highly suggest trying it. It may take an hour or so to get the mechanics down but totally worth the time.
I'm really looking forward to the March 8th!

It's not a pretty game... Also, It is rather fun but it just felt so empty: not a lot of AI running around and not a lot of actual human players either.
-
Ubi actually prevented some AI from spawning. Notice how you saw no wreckers, and very few cleaners?

Why would expect the streets to be full of people after a virus killed off a large portion of the population!?
-
Did I say full of people? I'm not expecting -blam!-ing Woodstock but at least see more. Also, is the world partitioned off for human players? Like, do they have their own instance when exploring New York? I expected to see other Agents cleaning up. I did not run into one outside of the main camp.

It's full of enemies I think. I virus killed a large amount of people it's kinda weird to see a gang of 6 guys around every other street corner in the dark zone. Pretty sure if you aren't in the dark zone it's single player unless you are in a party.

Edited by Ruthven: 2/2/2016 4:55:01 PMInteresting. So then the idea would be to group up in the camp and head out together (via party system) in order to effectively play with other players? Short of the mess that is the Dark Zone that is. I'll re-iterate: the game is rather fun but I can't see this being a 'complete game' come March.
