Hear me out, mate. The First Curse is balanced as is. Having the highest aim assist and highest impact in its class makes this gun a winner ( if used properly ). I personally consider the RoF of TFC not a "curse" but rather a gift. Let's you play logically and attempt to play strategically rather than bum-rushing into every conflict like every other common guardian does. Teaches you to play smart. Now, your idea.. It would make sense if TFC had a much slower RoF than it does right now. I'd be agreeing with you. But alas, it does not. I love TFC. I really do. But to see the gun become overpowered because not everyone can use it effectively and efficiently? Gotta say no to this idea. We'd have another "Thorn" on our hands. Two-shotting with ease and comfort without much danger and threat. The gun is fine as is.

 • This. I love this weapon...even though for me it still is a steep learning curve. I've used it through 2 Iron Banners now and feel like I'm getting the hang of it. It's so rewarding when you get a headshot kill. It's borderline op when the First Curse perk is activated...any more of a buff though and I think it would be too much. Take the time to learn how to use it and you'll be fine.

 • Yeah but I just think it's not used as much as it should be

 • It's a great gun, yeah, but a difficult one to handle. That's why I love it. Not everyone can use it to its full potential and thus, pass it by. They even consider it a curse to use. It's not meant to be picked up and suddenly be "god-tier" against those in the crucible. Takes quite some time to use the damn thing. Legit took me a week of Destiny to start to use this gun well enough so that it could beat "op weapons" consistently. ( It's very satisfying to get those kills against weapons that have a clear advantage over yours ) Not all exotics should be ezmode ( ex - No Land Beyond ).

 • This. I my opinion it's the No Land Beyond of handcannons...rewards you if you take the time to learn how to use it.
