Wow, all those good reasons you gave really convinced me. But seriously, what do you have against this?
-
Because weapon reforging ruined y1 bringing it back would ruin y2
-
Okay, that is one reason. I see what you mean, and somewhat agree. Although, I think with the requirements I put on reforging up in my original post will make it extremely difficult to get a good roll.
-
I don't think it ruined y1. The problem is during the era of reforging, weapons dropped all the time. After almost every crucible match, after almost every strike... But now that it's total rng and out of our control, they rarely drop at all. If we had the current drop rate and reforging I think it'd be fine. I don't know that the y1 version of reforging was a great idea, but I fking hate having no control over the weapons I get
-
I hate it as well but thats just the way it is..... reforgin is to OP and wouod euin the game again
-
You keep saying it ruined the game...I enjoyed being able to have exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed getting that god roll and always being able to use it. The game felt more balanced too because everyone was using about the same set of perks. What ruined y1 was thorn/tlw in their y1 state. Those were fking broken. Reforging didn't ruin the game for me. I had much more fun back then.
-
Nah reforging ruined it all you saw was shitty ass players with party crashers and matadors... it was horrible
-
Yeah but that was a shotgun problem, not a reforging problem. I ran with her benevolence, hopscotch pilgrim, and my btrd. In this era, where things are much more balanced (obviously not perfect, but they never will be) I think reforging would prove to show a lot more variety
Because weapon reforging ruined y1 bringing it back would ruin y2
It ruined Y1 because it was so cheap, so you could spam a reroll till you had a top tier one. The limits in this post make it so that doesn't happen.
-
Na this is whack if it doesnt drop for you in a drop then you didnt get the weapon u wanted keep trying -blam!- that rerooll bullshit, such a cheap tactic
