Aside from trying to clear your cache again https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 And restoring your licenses again https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If the problem persists, will need to contact Sony customer support if your licenses are no longer being recognized on your profile

  • Yeah I tried both of those things twice. I have the Legendary Edition of the game (disc) with the downloadable expansions plus TTK. I tried re-downloading the Add-Ons but I couldn't find the option anywhere. It just says "Purchased". I am reinstalling Destiny to see if that takes care of the problem. Just out of curiosity, any idea why Sony would suddenly not recognize or properly restore my licenses?

  • I'm not sure. Just to clarify, did you redeem all the codes for the DLC's that would have came with the disc? The disc itself is just the base Destiny game.
