They're too quiet about it, and they know what people are asking for (besides more nerf).
They're either with no idea what to do to please the pve gamers (maybe they has/had hopes we might like pvp after giving it a chance - forcing it down our throats); or, they got something and are hiding.
If they're hiding something, I think there's no dumber move than this. Because when it's revealed, no one will give a damn about it, even if it's good.

I used to play PvP a ton in Destiny, got tired of the imbalance and latency issues so I devoted my time to PvE.

I never was fond of pvp, in any game. Destiny is no different, just play IB because my gear makes a difference during matches, so I tweak my character to endure a little longer so I can land more shots; or if I die, the other one dies from burning damage (I play/ed as a Titan). This IB is a boring mode, it's been a month since I last played the game and I'd love to come back, but, nothing to do. I hate raids and chatting with random people. It's ok playing with them thou. And no, nightfalls doesn't worth the effort.
