Juggernaut dude, I'm not saying an over shield I'm talking about that little shield you get while skating. Blink shotty isn't a thing anymore.

Yes but juggernaut and OS aren't the same thing. But both are shields

Ok, fair point. But even then, shoulder charge and juggernaut are in the same perk tree. It's not possible to have shoulder charge and juggernaut at once.
